Warranty Conditions – Bold EV Cars

Article 1: General

These warranty conditions apply to all agreements between Bold EV Cars and the customer. In these conditions, 'the customer' refers to any individual or legal entity that has entered into an agreement with Bold EV Cars.

Article 2: Warranty Period

Bold EV Cars provides:

  • 1-year warranty on the battery and all moving components of the vehicle.
  • 3-year warranty on the car’s frame and structural integrity.
    The warranty period begins on the date of product delivery to the customer.

Article 3: Exceptions

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper, careless, or unskilled use, as well as external factors like fire or water damage. Unauthorized modifications made by the customer will void the warranty.

Warranty is excluded for:

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or paint wear.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage.
  • Vehicles modified to exceed legal speed limits.
  • Installation of non-Bold EV parts or unauthorized software modifications.
  • Battery or electrical issues caused by improper charging, exposure to extreme temperatures, or lack of maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from external environmental factors such as flooding, sand, or debris.

Article 4: Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, the customer must contact Bold EV Cars’ customer service within the warranty period. A clear description of the issue, along with photographic evidence if possible, must be provided. If the defect falls under warranty, Bold EV Cars will arrange for repair or replacement.

Article 5: Shipping

If a warranty claim is deemed valid, Bold EV Cars will cover the cost of return shipping. The product must be securely packaged before shipment to prevent further damage.

Article 6: Depreciation

If a returned product has damage not covered under warranty or has been used extensively, Bold EV Cars may apply depreciation costs. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring transparency before any deductions. Depreciation will never exceed the product’s original purchase price.
